Coach Mel has been coaching with the Storm since they first began playing at U10.  Prior to coaching with TSC, Coach Mel previously served as an Assistant Coach with Cabrini College and West Chester University Women's soccer programs.  She played collegiately at Beaver College (now Arcadia University), where she was a four-year starter, four-time all-conference selection, captain her senior year, two-time conference champion, led the team to their first-ever NCAA Tournament appearance her senior year, and graduated as the program's all-time goal-scoring leader.

Coach Mel and her family reside in Lansdale, PA.  Her three children are all involved with the soccer program at TSC.  In her spare time, Coach Mel still plays in women's and adult leagues in the area. Originally trained as an early childhood/elementary teacher, she currently works as Chief Operating Officer of a local non-profit child care organization.

She started coaching Girls Soccer at Dock in 2019 and has led the team to district playoffs each season. Dock Girls Soccer became District Champions in 2020, 2022 and 2023 and advanced to the state tournament in each of those years. Stacey coached the Dock Girl’s soccer team to their first ever State Championship Title this past fall (2023).
